Dynapac Repair Parts

Dynapac Rammers - Repair Fast!

Buy Dynapac rammer tamper repair parts and get that old compactor hitting hard like new!

Jumping jack rammer tampers really go through a lot on a job site. Dynapac rammers are built tough, but even the regular daily wear and tear on a job site will take a toll on the internal components of the tamper. Bent shafts, ripped bellows, bad bearings and even cut throttle cables are a common issue you may encounter. Just buying the right repair parts can save you hundreds of dollars rather than a new saw compactor. Another very common call we get is for gas tank assemblies. Rammer tamper gas tanks crack all of the time with these units tipping over and hitting the ground hard. Simply changing out your rubber bellows every 2 to 3 years can save you money year after year.

The engine health of your tamper rammer is important as well. Many Dynapac jumping jacks use high-quality Honda brand motors. Note that there is never a need to buy a new motor, costing a ton of money when an inexpensive fuel filter or spark plug can fix the issue. Call in today to speak with one of our technicians to find out all about it.

The Dynapac History

Dynapac began as a company back in 1934 as a Swedish multinational engineering company. Dynapac today has subsidiaries in seven countries worldwide. Dynapac is the maker of pavers, mobile feeders, rollers, light compaction equipment and road planers. Since October 2017 it has now become part of the Fayat Group. In 1936 the soil vibratory compactor was developed by a mechanical engineer Hilding Svenson. In 1947 Dynapac launched their first vibratory plate compactor, which weighed over 1.5 tons, which they nicknamed the frog.

They then manufactured the first vibratory road roller in 1953. From that point on Dynapac became the world's leading compaction roller. Dynapac has always focussed hard on these major construction machinery sectors: Compaction (single drum vibratory rollers, double drum vibratory rollers, steel drum rollers, rammer tamping compactors, trench rollers, duplex rollers), paving (compact pavers, city pavers, commercial pavers, highway and tracked pavers, wheeled pavers, mobile feeders, concrete screeds), along with their major milling (compact and high capacity planers) divisions.

The new proud owners, the Fayat Group, was founded in 1957 and headquartered in France Today they operate in 120 countries through its 152 companies, and thanks to the dedication of its 19,000 employees, they offer innovative and sustainable solutions to its customers around the world. Although the company specializes mostly in compaction equipment, they also offer light equipment such as forward soil plates, forward asphalt plates, concrete saw, water pumps, forward and reversible plates, rammers, duplex rollers, and trench compactors. For almost 100 years, Dynapac has been the one contractors turn to for quality construction machinery at a great price!
